During the 8th Annual Scientific Conference & Annual General Meeting of the Association of Radiation and Clinical Oncologists of Nigeria (ARCON) in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Dr. Aisha Umar, AMCE’s Chief Medical Officer, addressed a gathering of leading clinical and radiation oncologists.
