The Renewed Hope Ambassadors, a prominent advocacy group backing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, have ramped up their campaign to encourage Nigerians to re-elect him in the 2027 presidential election.
Highlighting the President’s visionary and strategic governance since assuming office over two years ago, the group urges citizens to amplify their support for Tinubu’s second term.
Ambassador Samuel Ojli Michael, the group’s public relations officer, conveyed this message during a weekend visit to His Royal Highness Musa Barde, the District Head of Galadimawa community in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), at his palace.
Addressing the gathering, Michael emphasized the need for unwavering backing of President Tinubu, citing the significant progress and transformation Nigeria has experienced under his leadership.
Known for its persistent grassroots mobilization, the Renewed Hope Ambassadors have recently gained attention for their relentless efforts to secure Tinubu’s return to Aso Rock in 2027, ensuring the continuation of his developmental agenda.
Michael remarked, “We chose to initiate our outreach in your esteemed community, recognizing your influence as a traditional ruler, and we are grateful for your warm reception.”
He added, “For countless Nigerians, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s tenure represents a turning point. The rapid economic revival, surge in industrial growth, and extensive infrastructure projects, particularly within the FCT, are unprecedented in such a short span.”
“It is imperative that we rally behind President Tinubu, especially as a faction of unsuccessful politicians seeks to plunge our nation back into political stagnation and decline,” Michael warned.
The delegation’s visit aimed to secure the traditional ruler’s endorsement and that of his community to facilitate a smooth re-election campaign for Tinubu.
In response, HRH Musa Barde expressed gratitude for the visit and pledged his full support to the group’s mission.
“Your visit and clear message have truly uplifted my spirit. I want to affirm that we stand firmly behind this cause, and my community will back Renewed Hope in the 2027 elections,” Barde declared.
“We seek progress and cannot abandon ship when the current administration is actively developing our communities, enhancing rural connectivity, and improving the quality of life for all citizens. You have our unwavering support for this initiative and for Mr. President,” he concluded.
The occasion was well-attended by members of the Council of Chiefs, local leaders, youth and women’s groups, alongside other key stakeholders.
