AIICO Insurance Plc recently held another impactful edition of its annual Annuity Forum, a dedicated platform aimed at deepening relationships with annuity clients, gathering their insights, and fostering meaningful dialogue.
This year’s Forum has notably broadened its scope. Previously confined to Lagos, the event is now expanding to other regions for the first time since its launch. Following the Lagos session, a subsequent forum is planned for Port Harcourt, Rivers State, to engage annuity customers in the South-South zone.
The Lagos gathering was vibrant and engaging, blending business discussions with enjoyable activities such as wellness screenings, interactive games, live entertainment, and refreshments, all while focusing on enhancing the overall customer experience.
Several annuitants present at the event expressed their appreciation for AIICO’s initiative in creating a platform that nurtures trust and open communication.
One of the attendees, His Royal Majesty Oba Ogungbayi Akanni Wasiu, the Onitetiku & Oluowode of Ota, Ogun State, and a former Ministry of Education officer, shared his positive journey: “I retired 15 years ago and immediately commenced my annuity with AIICO.
