On September 30, 2025, the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development will officially launch its Electronic Content Management (ECM) System.
This innovative platform is designed to digitize document handling and optimize the management of official communications, significantly cutting down on physical paperwork and enhancing overall service efficiency.
The initiative aligns with the directives issued by the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, focusing on boosting operational effectiveness, transparency, and accountability across all Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).
Moving forward, the Ministry has mandated that all external communications be conducted solely through its designated official email addresses: [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected].
To ensure widespread awareness, the Ministry will actively utilize its official website and social media channels to promote the ECM system and keep stakeholders and the general public well-informed.
Committed to adopting technology-driven solutions, the Ministry reassures partners, stakeholders, and citizens of its dedication to delivering enhanced services that meet international standards.
