The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has officially announced that the Super Eagles are set to compete against Venezuela and Colombia in a pair of international friendly matches scheduled for November 2025.
Both encounters will take place on American soil, providing a strategic platform for the team.
On Friday, 14 November 2025, Nigeria will clash with Venezuela at Houston’s Shell Stadium, with kickoff slated for 8 p.m. local time (1 a.m. Nigerian time).
Following that, Eric Chelle’s squad will face Colombia’s national team, known as Los Cafeteros, at Citi Field Stadium located in Flushing Meadows, Queens, New York, on Tuesday, 18 November 2025.
These friendlies are integral to the Super Eagles’ build-up ahead of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, set to be held in Morocco in December, allowing the team to fine-tune their tactics and cohesion.
