Nigerian investors are being encouraged to capitalize on the thriving real estate market in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), by channeling their funds into this lucrative sector due to its substantial profit potential.
This call to action was made by Mrs. Grace Ofure Ibhakhomu, CEO of Lifecard International, who urged affluent Nigerians to consider property investments in Dubai, highlighting the numerous advantages that come with such ventures.
Mrs. Ibhakhomu, an expert African consultant specializing in Global Real Estate, delivered these insights during the inaugural cocktail reception hosted by Lifecard in collaboration with Azizi Developments, a prominent real estate company based in Dubai, held recently in Lagos.
According to a statement released to LEADERSHIP in Abuja, she emphasized that Dubai is not only a hotspot for real estate but also offers investors impressive returns due to its robust economic environment.
She further noted that Lifecard’s partnership with Azizi Developments ensures clients receive top-tier services at more competitive prices compared to other market players.
Additionally, Mrs. Ibhakhomu pointed out a significant benefit for investors: acquiring a 10-year Golden Visa when their property investment reaches the $550,000 mark, providing long-term residency advantages.
Saad Khaled, Regional Director at Azizi Developments, shared that since its establishment in 2008, the company has been a key contributor to Dubai’s property landscape, successfully completing over 40 landmark projects.
Khaled explained that their collaboration with Lifecard aims to tap into Nigeria’s vast investment potential.
He also highlighted that investing in Dubai real estate offers financial security, as returns are earned in stable US dollars rather than volatile local currencies.
In her keynote speech, Mrs. Audrey Joe-Ezigbo, co-founder and Deputy Managing Director of Falcon Corporation, underscored the importance of safeguarding one’s financial future by investing offshore in real estate assets denominated in strong currencies like the dollar, which supports wealth preservation across generations.
Mrs. Ngozi Franca Onuneyere, Sales Director at Azizi Developments, reinforced the benefits of Dubai property investments, emphasizing the company’s commitment to thorough due diligence, comprehensive documentation, and hassle-free visa processing for prospective buyers.
