Unitrust Insurance Company Limited has recently completed a refurbishment of the hall it generously donated to the College of Insurance and Financial Management (CIFM) in Asese, Ogun State.
This upgraded facility now offers insurance students and industry professionals a more inviting and contemporary environment conducive to learning and collaboration.
The renovation includes new wall treatments and fresh paintwork, the addition of 40 ergonomic chairs equipped with side tables, six window blinds, 24 energy-efficient light bulbs, a high-quality projector for enhanced presentations, and a 2.0-horsepower air conditioning unit to ensure comfort. Additionally, the CIFM Boardroom received improvements such as enhanced lighting and upgraded waiting areas.
The unveiling event was spearheaded by Unitrust’s Managing Director, Arowojolu Adedayo, alongside the Executive Director of Technical Services and the Chief Marketing Officer. The occasion was graced by prominent figures in the insurance sector, including Yetunde Ilori, President and Chairman of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) Council, and Ide Orimolade, Chairman of the CIFM Board, among other distinguished council and board members. Their presence highlighted the strong collaboration between CIFM and Unitrust.
At the event, CIFM honored Unitrust with the Distinguished Partner Award in recognition of its invaluable contribution to the hall’s refurbishment.
