Documents filed in a Los Angeles court reveal that the Kardashian-Jenner family alleges Ray J-who was romantically linked to Kim in the early 2000s-has persistently spread false and injurious remarks about them, particularly concerning the infamous 2007 video. The lawsuit claims these assertions were made “with malice and a blatant disregard for the truth,” causing significant harm to both women’s reputations.
William Ray Norwood Jr., known professionally as Ray J, has previously accused the Kardashians of staging publicity tactics around the tape and manipulating public perception. In contrast, Kim and Kris maintain that these accusations are baseless and part of a prolonged effort to tarnish their names.
