Fujitsu, a leading technology firm from Japan, has teamed up with American semiconductor powerhouse Nvidia to develop advanced AI-driven robotics and associated technologies. This collaboration is set to accelerate progress in the global artificial intelligence landscape.
By merging Fujitsu’s extensive expertise in computing infrastructure, robotics, and social systems with Nvidia’s cutting-edge AI chipsets and software solutions, the partnership aims to push the boundaries of innovation.
“The era of AI-driven industrial transformation is underway. Establishing the necessary infrastructure is crucial both in Japan and internationally,” stated Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang, as he shared the stage with Fujitsu’s Takahito Tokita.

Tokita emphasized their commitment to a “human-centered” approach, focusing on enhancing Japan’s global standing by leveraging AI, robotics, and digital twin technologies to tackle challenges posed by the country’s aging labor force.
“Our partnership with Nvidia is geared toward pioneering groundbreaking technologies that address pressing societal challenges,” Tokita added.
The alliance will focus on building a comprehensive “AI infrastructure” – a foundational platform designed to support diverse AI applications across sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, environmental management, next-generation computing, and customer experience.
