Anthony Agom, the elected representative for Okpokwu State Constituency in the Benue State House of Assembly, has officially switched his political allegiance from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
In a letter personally endorsed by Agom, he revealed that this decision was reached after extensive discussions with key stakeholders and constituents within his district.
He emphasized that his primary motivation for the party change is to enhance the quality of representation and actively contribute to the socio-economic advancement of his community.
Agom also voiced his strong support for the leadership and developmental agenda of Governor Hyacinth Alia of Benue State, highlighting that joining the APC aligns with his commitment to fostering unity, stability, and progress throughout the state.
