This initiative highlights innovative companies driving inclusive and sustainable progress worldwide, positioning Caring Africa as a key player in transforming care systems across the continent.
Distinguished as the sole African care-tech venture selected this year, Caring Africa’s flagship digital solution, Caring Blocks, aims to formalize a sector traditionally dominated by informal arrangements. This includes services such as childcare, eldercare, domestic assistance, and family support. By digitizing the way families find care and how caregivers are recruited, vetted, trained, and compensated, Caring Blocks lays the foundation for a modernized care infrastructure in one of Africa’s most underdeveloped economic sectors.
