FirstBank of Nigeria Limited recently honored its leading distributors within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, underscoring its enduring dedication to supporting businesses and strengthening collaborations through its Key Distributor Finance Scheme.
The celebration took place at the 2025 Key Distributor Forum for the South-West region, hosted in Lagos, where key stakeholders, partners, and industry leaders gathered to acknowledge outstanding performance and collective progress.
During the event, FirstBank’s Managing Director and CEO, Segun Alebiosu, highlighted the forum as a vital opportunity to recognize the bank’s esteemed clients while emphasizing the institution’s commitment to fostering strong, relationship-based connections.

In his introductory speech, Mobolade Ojeahere, Group Head of the Transaction Banking Division, praised the distributors’ resilience and vital role in the bank’s growth. He noted, “At FirstBank, we place immense value on partnerships. Your insights drive our continuous improvement, enabling us to reach new milestones. We remain committed to innovating and refining our services to support your business ambitions.”
Ojeahere explained that the Key Distributor Finance Scheme is tailored to meet the working capital requirements of distributors affiliated with FirstBank-approved FMCG principals, thereby boosting their capacity to satisfy market demands and maintain sustainable expansion.
In the category recognizing non-borrowing distributors, Bolarinwa Adetoun earned the Platinum Award, while Opeyemi Baking Industry Limited secured the Diamond Award. Additionally, Rukbom Oluwakemi Nig Company, Nicebom Investment Limited, and Felicia Modupeoluwa Trading Company Ltd were honored with Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards respectively.
Among FMCG distributors, Laurel Electrical Company, Demiller Farms, Abikka Trading Company Limited, Mut-Keem Concept, and Rollmak Global Concepts stood out as top achievers. The cement distributors category celebrated Transgeneration Enterprises, Ibukunoluwa Trading Stores, Okeoma Happiness, Whumyte Global Ventures, and Temitope Oil Nigeria Limited for their excellence.
Distributors recognized for their unwavering loyalty included Vicmond Ade Enterprises, Tito Trading Stores, Glad Global Concept Limited, Oyinbashy B Nigeria Limited, and Mosebolatan Segun Onasanya Nigeria Limited, all commended for their steadfast partnership.
In the telecommunications sector, Demmy Global Resource Limited took home the Gold Award, Stratford Communications Limited received Silver, and Awake Interlinks Nigeria Limited was awarded Bronze.
