Manchester United have officially secured the transfer of Senne Lammens, the talented goalkeeper from Royal Antwerp. The 23-year-old shot-stopper has committed to a five-year deal at Old Trafford, with the transfer valued at £21.7 million.
According to the club’s announcement: “Manchester United is delighted to confirm the acquisition of Senne Lammens, pending international clearance and registration formalities.” The new contract will keep Lammens at the club until June 2030.
Lammens has featured in 64 matches for Royal Antwerp and played a key role in their 2023 Belgian Super Cup triumph. His impressive performances earned him a first call-up to the Belgium national team in March.
Expressing his excitement, Lammens stated: “Joining Manchester United is a dream realized. The journey so far has been incredible, and now I’m stepping into a new chapter that I hope will be truly special.”

This transfer marks the highest fee ever paid for a goalkeeper from the Belgian Pro League.
