One of the major obstacles hindering the nation’s development has been the inconsistency in policy enforcement and project follow-through, resulting in citizens not receiving adequate returns on public investments.
In a statement released to LEADERSHIP in Jalingo yesterday, Tusse Aondona Suleiman, the Managing Director and CEO of Innovative Technical Engineering Construction Ltd, highlighted this issue.
Suleiman applauded Governor Agbu Kefas for his proactive approach in reviving and completing previously abandoned projects, a move that is driving the state’s advancement.
He also lauded the governor for establishing a fresh benchmark in transformative infrastructure development, leadership/” title=”… Namadi's …: A Powerful Reflection on Purpose and Impact”>human capital enhancement, and purposeful leadership within the state.
“Under Governor Agbu Kefas’s deliberate and visionary leadership, Taraba State is witnessing an unprecedented revival. His commitment is reshaping the concept of governance continuity and setting exemplary standards in infrastructure and human development,” Suleiman remarked.
“Historically, a persistent challenge across Nigeria has been the frequent halting of projects with every change in political leadership,” he added.
“This recurring neglect has deprived communities of essential infrastructure and squandered public resources,” Suleiman noted.
“Governor Kefas, however, has taken a distinct route by adopting and completing projects initiated by his predecessors, then expanding on them,” he explained.
“By prioritizing the welfare of the people over political rivalry or personal accolades, he exemplifies how governance can be both visionary and centered on the needs of the populace,” Suleiman concluded.
