The abuse was uncovered thanks to the vigilance of teachers at a holiday coaching center, who noticed the child’s alarming condition and promptly alerted authorities. This swift action led to the child’s immediate removal from the harmful environment and her admission to Osun State University Teaching Hospital for urgent medical care.
