- The legal action arises from an alleged physical confrontation involving Odumodublvck at a public gathering.
The dispute between Odumodublvck and the rising star Kraziecent has intensified, culminating in formal legal proceedings initiated by Kraziecent.
Levi Ogbogiri, popularly known as Kraziecent, alleges that Odumodublvck physically attacked him during a public event on December 16, 2024. Reports indicate that Kraziecent was calmly recording videos and taking photos when the incident occurred.
In court, Kraziecent described the assault as unprovoked, resulting in significant public humiliation. He also claimed that Odumodublvck damaged his iPhone 15 Pro Max during the altercation, exacerbating his emotional and financial suffering.
Kraziecent is pursuing damages for the alleged assault, as well as for the harm to his reputation and the distress caused. His attorney, Uchenna Ojembe, confirmed that Odumodublvck’s legal representatives have been notified but have yet to file an official response.
Presiding Judge Adeyemi Ajayi scheduled the next court session for November 26. Meanwhile, Odumodublvck’s counsel, Sheriff Bello, requested a postponement to allow more time for case preparation.
Separately, Odumodublvck recently addressed rumors of jealousy within the music scene. Speaking on the Toronto Ada’s Room podcast, he suggested that his global achievements have stirred envy among fellow artists.
The “Declan Rice” hitmaker highlighted that despite criticism of his rap technique, he has become the most internationally collaborated Nigerian rapper-a feat many detractors have not matched.
He also noted that his talents in crafting his own hooks, producing chart-topping tracks, and securing more live performances than other rappers have contributed to the resentment he faces. Odumodublvck emphasized that he remains focused on his supporters and career growth, undeterred by negativity.
He remarked, “In Nigeria, some say my rap isn’t good, but I’m the most featured Nigerian rapper on the international stage.”
