‘3 Cold Dishes’: A Pan-African Cinematic Journey Beyond the Screen
Set to premiere this November, ‘3 Cold Dishes’ is more than just another Nollywood film-it is rapidly becoming a landmark Pan-African cinematic experience. Directed by Asurf Oluseyi and executive produced by global music icon Burna Boy, the thriller delves into the harrowing yet inspiring stories of three women who seek justice years after being trafficked across African borders.
From Film to Reality: The Pan-African Road Tour
In an innovative extension of the film’s narrative, Mikano Motors has partnered to launch a seven-day 3 Cold Dishes Road Tour spanning from Lagos, Nigeria, to Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. This immersive campaign retraces the routes central to the film’s plot, offering audiences a tangible connection to the story’s themes and settings.

The journey will cover seven key cities before looping back to Lagos. Influencers specializing in travel and lifestyle will traverse these routes in Mikano’s robust CS95 SUVs and trucks, visiting iconic filming locations, including UNESCO World Heritage sites. They will also recreate pivotal scenes from the movie, donning authentic costumes from the production.
Connecting Audiences to the Heart of the Story
“While the film confronts the grim reality of trafficking across African nations, it also celebrates the continent’s rich culture, cuisine, and languages. This road tour invites viewers to immerse themselves in that vibrant world,” said Oluseyi.
Mikano Motors’ involvement as the official automotive partner underscores the themes of resilience and cross-border mobility central to the film. The company will provide vehicles not only for the road tour but also for the cast and crew throughout the promotional campaign.
Oluseyi remarked, “Mikano Motors embodies strength, dependability, and sophistication-qualities that resonate deeply with the spirit of ‘3 Cold Dishes.’ Together, we are steering this powerful narrative across Africa and beyond.”
