On Monday, Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri officially launched the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Convention Protocol Sub-Committee, tasking its members with the critical responsibility of ensuring the smooth execution of the upcoming national convention slated for November 2025.
As the Chairman of the PDP National Convention Committee, Governor Fintiri reiterated his steadfast allegiance to the party, highlighting its rich heritage and bright prospects ahead.
During the inauguration, Governor Fintiri praised the Protocol Sub-Committee, led by Plateau State Governor Barrister Caleb Muftwang, for embracing the assignment. He encouraged the team to approach their duties with professionalism, unity, and unwavering dedication.
He also revealed plans to arrive in Ibadan several weeks before the convention to personally supervise all arrangements, aiming to guarantee a flawless event.
Moreover, Governor Fintiri reassured all candidates vying for various elective offices that the process would be conducted with utmost transparency and integrity, emphasizing his commitment to the democratic principles that define the PDP.
